How do I get started?

It starts with a free Athlete Assessment. Fill out the form at the bottom of this page with your athlete’s info, and we’ll reach out to schedule your first visit. The assessment takes about 30 minutes — we test speed, power, and movement quality so we know exactly where your athlete stands. From there, you’ll get a structured plan and can start training right away.

What does the schedule look like?

Training sessions are held at Defiance Gym in Centerville, OH. Most athletes train 2 to 3 times per week, and sessions are structured by age group:

What makes your training different?

Three things. First, every athlete is tested and tracked — we don’t guess at progress, we measure it. Second, every workout has a purpose — programmed around real performance outcomes like speed, vertical, and power, not random fitness exercises. Third, we coach the athlete and the person. Confidence, discipline, and leadership matter just as much as the numbers on the board.

What ages do you serve?

We work with youth athletes starting in 5th grade all the way up to collegiate athletes.
